Getting error Unprocessable Entity

Hi,

I am suddenly getting error while updating the snort rules. Below is the log. Please help. It was working till today 
morning before I started the upgrade activity.

I recently updated my Snort to latest version 2.9.8.2 after which I am able to see these errors. I have already made 
changed in the pulledpork.conf file for the version. Below is the output while updating the signatures.

Let me know if you need the actual pulledpork config file.

Even downloading the signature file alone doesn't work with this command - wget 
https://www.snort.org/rules/snortrules-snapshot-2982-tar.gz?myoinkcode. It returns same error. Here is the output-
