Barnyard2 FATAL ERROR using build 337 only on PostgreSQL

It appears that Barnyars2 build 337 is still having issues with initializing
the PostgreSQL database. I tried several months back, and now I'm trying
again with the same FATAL ERROR.

 

Running build 336 I have no problems on the same install. This is narrowed
down to the main file, not any of the support files or the config file.
