Ask : preprocessor perfmonitor

hello all,

I have some question about snort configuration, this configuration like this.

preprocessor perfmonitor: \
        time 30 events flow file stats.profile max console pktcnt 10000


by default pktcnt is 10000, what means 10000 and time 30 in this case
