Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-firefox,
browser-ie, file-office, file-other, malware-backdoor, os-windows,
policy-other, server-iis, server-oracle and server-webapp rule sets to
provide coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
