Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-ie,
browser-other, browser-plugins, exploit-kit, file-executable,
file-flash, file-image, file-office, file-other, file-pdf,
indicator-compromise, indicator-obfuscation, malware-backdoor,
malware-cnc, protocol-other, protocol-voip and server-webapp rule sets
to provide coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
