Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-ie,
browser-plugins, deleted, exploit-kit, file-identify, file-image,
file-multimedia, file-office, file-other, file-pdf,
indicator-obfuscation, malware-cnc, policy-other, server-mysql and
server-webapp rule sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from
these technologies.
