Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-ie,
file-other, file-pdf, indicator-compromise, malware-cnc, malware-other,
netbios, os-linux, os-windows, protocol-other, pua-other and
server-webapp rule sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from
these technologies.
