error: 422 Unprocessable Entity

Hello

I've just started receiving this error. I've searched the archives and Google, and it appears that it might have 
something to do with Oinkcode or md5 mismatch.

I've had this error a few days in a row, and I've just regenerated my Oinkcode and tried again. No good I'm afraid. Any 
ideas from the group? -vv output below
