Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
[SID] 57876-57877 are being released to cover the exploitation of
CVE-2021-1675 in the wild.

Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the malware-other,
os-windows and server-webapp rule sets to provide coverage for emerging
threats from these technologies.
