Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
In this release a number of rules have been added to the security
policy as part of ongoing policy rebalancing efforts.

Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-chrome,
browser-firefox, browser-ie, browser-other, browser-plugins,
browser-webkit, exploit-kit, file-flash, file-image, file-java,
file-multimedia, file-office, file-other, file-pdf, malware-cnc,
malware-tools, netbios, os-linux, os-mobile, os-windows, policy-other,
protocol-dns, protocol-icmp, pua-other, server-apache, server-iis,
server-mail, server-oracle and server-webapp rule sets to provide
coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
