Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos is releasing immediate protection for CVE-2025-55182, a critical
React Server components remote code execution vulnerability. This
exploits a flaw when decoding payloads within React Server Function
endpoints where an attacker can send a malicious HTTP request which
translates into a function call.

Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the server-webapp rule
sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
