Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the file-image,
file-other, indicator-shellcode, malware-cnc, malware-other,
server-mail and server-webapp rule sets to provide coverage for
emerging threats from these technologies.
