WISH: support for port ranges in filter syntax

Hi folks,

Has anyone done any work on supporting port ranges in filter syntax,
e.g.

        tcpdump -i bla0 -n tcp portrange 6000-6010

A few FreeBSD folks would like this functionality.

I'll work up a patch myself if nobody else has started and it's an idea
that hasn't been shot out of the sky before.
