is there BUG in tcpdump Fwd: help to build tcpdump with ipv6

Hello all,

Though the may be bug in hp-ux, how it searches the the ipv6 stack type as linux 
related one.
i.e
# ./configure --enable-ipv6
:
checking whether to enable ipv6... yes
checking ipv6 stack type... linux-libinet6
You do not have inet6 library, using libc
checking for library containing getaddrinfo... none required
checking getaddrinfo bug... buggy
Fatal: You must get working getaddrinfo() function.
       or you can specify "--disable-ipv6".

I'm using 
HP-UX 11.23
libpcap-0.7.1
tcpdump-3.7.1

I want to build tcpdump with ipv6 

Plz help me asap.

I tried tcpdump configuration for enabling ipv6 with c and gcc on HP-UX itanium 
processor, it gives error as follows.

# ./configure --enable-ipv6
:

Plae help to avoid this error? I need to build tcpdump with --enable-ipv6.

Note: Do we need libpcap library(that too compiled with ipv6) to build tcpdump with 
ipv6.
