This patch contains a number of improvements for libpcap's support for
Endace DAG cards:

Checked in, with the "pcap_breakloop()" changes put back ("read_op"
routines should check "p->break_loop" and, if it's set, clear it and
return -2, so that "pcap_breakloop()" breaks out of the read loop; BTW,
where, if it's not non-blocking, does it block if no packets are
available?  "dag_offset()"?)

Yes - the (non)blocking support consists of simply setting the appropriate
flag to call dag_offset() in a (non)blocking way.
