Is there any date for libpcap 0.8 final?

Hi.
We (WinPcap team) would like to use libpcap 0.8 final for our new WinPcap
3.01. For instance, we would like to release it in a month or so.
Does anyone have an idea about the release plan (e.g. 1 week, 1 month, 1
year...) of libpcap?
