Extracting traffic between each pair of hosts from tcpdump file

Hi,
 
 I understand this is a list for tcpdump development and my question may not be proper here. But any help is 
appreciated. 
 
 I want to extract the traffic between each pair of hosts from tcpdump trace. Can anyone let me what is a good tool to 
do so?
