tcpdump option -K

Dear Sirs,

I have got tcpdump 3.9.8 and I would like to use -K option.
Unfortunately it is not supported. Do I need install additional packets?
Is my version to old?

It is not mentioned when I check my version:

root@kt:~# tcpdump --version
tcpdump version 3.9.8
libpcap version 0.7.2
