Generally, we have tried for twice year releases, and that wouldn't be
until September.

Actually as far as I know the latest available release is 4.0.0/1.0.0, which was released in October 2008. There was an attempt to release a 4.0.1/1.0.1 (some betas and an RC, if I remember well), but it never saw the light.

If Ken can do a 4.1 sooner, I'm all for it.
What is your schedule? When is soon enough?

I was planning to release WinPcap 4.1 within a couple of months.

Have a nice day
