tcpdump dissector for IP protocol 97 (EtherIP)?

Hi,

is someone already working on a tcpdump dissector for IP protocol 97
(ethernet tunneled over IP, RFC 3378)?

I'm using etherip in a project, and a quick grep in the tcpdump git 
doesn't look like it's supported - so I'd be willing to write a dissector 
(fairly trivial), but want to avoid duplication of work.
