libpcap logo?

Now that the libpcap repo has a program (rpcapd) and travis.yml, it seems
that maybe it should have a logo unique to it.  I am inspired in asking
simply because github wants to know what my social media image should be :-)

{maybe we already have one, and I've forgotten?}
