Hello all.

I hope this finds you well.  Below you can find a digest of the CI
infrastructure improvements since the previous update.

* On netbsd-aarch64 and netbsd-mips64 pkgsrc has been upgraded from
  2023Q1 to 2023Q2 without notable changes.
* netbsd-mips64 has been moved from my home lab to the UK Dedicated
  Servers data centre.  NetBSD snapshot has been upgraded from
  202207052210 (9.99.98) to 202305140430 (10.99.4), which updated GCC
  from 10.3 to 10.4.
