Hello all.

I hope this finds you well. Below you can find a digest of the CI
infrastructure improvements since the previous update.

* Francois-Xaver spent some time trying to add TinyCC support to the
build matrix for tcpdump and libpcap, this eventually worked on
linux-amd64 and linux-armv7l, so these Buildbot workers have been
doing TCC builds for a while.
* freebsd-aarch64 and freebsd-amd64 have been upgraded to FreeBSD 14.1,
which upgraded Clang from 17.0 to 18.1; also on freebsd-amd64 GCC has
  upgraded from 13.2 to 14.1.
* On all three NetBSD workers pkgsrc has been upgraded from 2024Q1 to
2024Q2; this did not have any notable effects on netbsd-mips64, but
upgraded GCC from 13.2 to 13.3 on netbsd-amd64, netbsd-aarch64 in
addition to that has upgraded Clang from 16.0 to 17.0. This is the
first time I have not built all the required packages for AArch64
(which usually takes about a week): Clang packaging failed, so I tried
the binary packages for NetBSD 10.0 and they worked without warnings.
Using binary packages on AArch64 used to be more complicated before.
* The previously unexplained problems on openbsd-mips64 have been
finally attributed to a faulty disk, the host is now offline for
  repairs until further notice.

Cheers.
