IIS .asp Remote Buffer Overflow

I make a script in visual basic for testing that vulnerability and in fact
thats commands crash my webserver ...
(win nt 4 - sp 4)
now, i question: is possible execute remote command in web server before
server are crashed ? how i'ts possible ?
