I see the following in the Visual Studio 2015 Folder in the Start Menu:

                Debuggable Package Manager (PowerShell icon)

                Developer Command Prompt for VS2015 (CMD icon)

                MSBuild Command Prompt for VS2015 (CMD icon)

               Remote Debugger Folder (Folder icon)
