Good catch. I've submitted https://code.wireshark.org/review/34062 to fix this issue. Moshe On Mon, Jul 22, 2019 at 11:14 AM Field, James via Wireshark-dev < wireshark-dev () wireshark org> wrote:
Hi,
Thanks for the Wireshark User’s Guide.
In the PDF version of the Wireshark User’s Guide (Version
3.1.0), Table 4 “Edit menu items” on Page 28 says:
*Next Mark *Shift+Alt+N Find the next
marked packet.
*Previous Mark *Shift+Alt+B Find the previous
marked packet.
However, I noticed that on the Wireshark Edit Menu, the
Next Mark and Previous Mark Accelerators are labeled as *Ctrl* + Shift
vs. Shift + *Alt*.
This is also true in the HTML version
(Table 3.3 “Edit menu items”).
I also noticed in the Wireshark User’s Guide that the
Packet Comment… Edit menu item does not have its Accelerator listed, i.e.
Ctrl + Alt + C.
Thanks
Jim Field
BTW - I am using version 2.6.5 of
Wireshark.
