How to disable QT_MULTIMEDIA_LIB during cmake

Hi,

  I would like to test whether #ifdef QT_MULTIMEDIA_LIB are correct in
source code so I need to disable it during cmake detection. Is there
something like there was --nofeature in autoconfigure?
