http-methods.nse patch
From: Josh Amishav-Zlatin <jamuse () gmail com>

As discussed recently, the http-methods NSE script is highly dependent
on the OPTIONS method. If the OPTIONS method is not supported by the
target server, none of the other method checks are run. The attached
patch changes the script's logic to check the GET, HEAD, POST and
OPTIONS methods by default and if the http-methods.verify parameter is
set, the script checks all methods returned by OPTIONS, plus the
TRACE, TRACK, INVALIDMETHOD, PUT and DELETE methods.
