I mentioned one I'd heard of, up thread, but pertains to employees
using third party email providers (e.g. gmail) from employer owned
workstations:

I also somewhat recall an article that had attorney client privilege
overtones to it... googling up a replacement link only got me to this,
which is interesting (employee emails his attorney from a work email
account, later sues employer, employer's counsel finds email where
employee admits guilt to employee's attorney, is it admissible?), and
