I had the first 26 in a blog post today with a rundown of what types of data were in each data dump: http://www.databreaches.net/?p=19252 #27 isn't PII - it's another PBS table. Don't know what's up with the missing #6, but #14 won't be posted publicly. In a tweet, UberLeaks indicated it's Stanford U. #9 and #10 are still confusing as to which organizations go with those data dumps. I tried to contact a few of the sites to confirm, but no responses yet. Some of the sites look old/disused.
