The URL for the Upsizer tool is http://support.microsoft.com/search/default.asp

Search on "conversion tools".  The file you want is wzcs97.exe

I am not sure if BlueOne is willing to share the custom tool he has written.
Not being a programmer, I don't think
I can take this on.
