And out of idle curiosity, what were the terms of said challenge?

Because I'll admit a few raised eyebrows about some of those
PPS capability claims flying around fast and furiously, particularly
from your employer.  (and the base of my skepticism is from 
looking into that atrocity they call NDIS!)
