In the UK, government are about to open auctions for 3.4GHz spectrum
licenses (- an Information Memorandum will be posted on the
Radiocommunications Agency website on Feb 17th and submissions are due in by
March). The regional dimension of the licenses has emerged as an issue for
Wales. -JW.
