I certainly understand the appeal of the expedient, but I still feel that such a change to ICP-2 should require the 
same rigors as a new document in order to have legitimacy, thus, if this is an effort to short cut that process, it 
feels wrong to me. Others may well have different opinions, but you specifically asked for mine.
