Important deadline for MANRS Participants!
If your organization is a MANRS Participant, please cast your vote, yea or nay, for proposed changes to the MANRS 
Charter. For the changes to be adopted, at least 10% of MANRS Participants must vote, and 2/3rd of the votes must be in 
favor of the changes. I participated in the changes. They are essential for MANRS moving forward. Please cast your vote!
