Tom is not on the Moderation Committee. This topic has been discussed before and arrived at the same conclusion that 
Tom did.

Providing an update to the loop issue: The subscribers email address delivery status was disabled, and email address 
banned temporarily, till they are able to update their autoresponder. The postfix queued messages containing their 
email address was also flushed out. I cannot stop the emails that are already sent out. I apologize for this happening 
as long as it did, this started happening around 4:30AM pacific this morning while I was sleeping.
