I used this extensively at my last job, ~15 years ago. It was pretty good
for its time. Some design quirks, but nothing outlandish. It's heavy PHP
based though, which at the time did make it easy to modify for our needs ,
but PHP also sucks, so there's that. :)

It has been abandoned though, hasn't been updated in more than a decade.
Won't run with any even remotely recent version of PHP, so I really
wouldn't recommend anyone actually try to use it these days.
