Brian, yes I have noted a license column in the table and am finding
DCIM products that do not have an IPAM which is fun.

This is a good idea.
BMS/BAS/DCIM are integrating with or becoming modules of one another
and IPAM may or may not be a feature included.
If you do go down the DCIM rabbit hole you may consider indicating if
opensource or not.
There are a lot of big players that require a matching budget in this segment
