Please install the latest Npcap 0.10 r5, and test it again. I fixed some
bugs and BSoDs along those versions.

It seems that your Powershell has been configured somehow to stop this
script.

You can try right-click the DiagReport.ps1, then click "Run with
PowerShell" to see the result, You'd better use the built-in Administrator
account if a normal account doesn't work.
