uft8 error

hello
i can't I didn't find other way to say about error, that I got on Windows 10.
there was a mail of http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2011/q4/485
but, 
in my case, my version is 7.50, and it says decode byte 0x'c'0.
and my error message says
" 'uft8' codec can't decode byte 0xc0 in position 0: invalid start byte"
What should I do?
