Yes, indeed, it is possible to give a hint to local router (for PIO withdrawal) from OSPF/RIP, especially if router 
participate in DHCP-PD and understand what particular prefix to monitor in OSPF.
I believe that such solution was never documented and probably never implemented. It would have many proc and cons. It 
is very debatable.

prefixes.
