If no one else is volunteering, I will try to rough out a knoppix ISO in 
the next couple weeks.

I certainly have no time to work on it terribly actively, but
I'd be happy to beta test and debug and help create virtual
machines to some extent.

I will need to strip some applications out of 
the ISO (OpenOffice, etc.) but I will try to leave X in, so nmap-fe can 
be used in addition to the command line.

Depending on how much VM stuff we can fit on there, I'd prefer to
have more VM and lose X if necessary.  Having both would still
be the best situation, but I don't know if we'd be able to manage
a true *BSD machine and true UML Linux and still have space for
X11 on the boot kernel.
