If you have worked in the large scale network world as long as you say you have, you’d know that 99.9999% of what comes 
out of universities at this point related to networks and network protocols is all pipe dreams and has no connection to 
reality. Here on NANOG you have the OPERATORS of the world largest networks, and they are all telling you, that you 
missed the mark, that should tell you something.
