But it is bad nevertheless. 

1. The only thing that will come out of any roll-out is tri-stack. Which
   is kinda embarrasing for a draft that criticizes dual-stack.

1.bis. The end result of (1) is that IPv6 deployment and IPv4 sunsetting 
   are delayed further, prolonging the dual-stack pain. 

2. The construction with so many fascinating moving pieces, some crypto
   related, combined with a good portion of state in middle boxes is an
   architectural and scaling disaster.

3. Reliability will suffer for critical communiations as a consequence of (2). 

4. The people who want to see and limit our traffic will have a field
   day by mandating and getting access to the middle boxes.

Put IPv6 on something instead, and be done with it.  It works, it is
easier, and there are enough addresses.
